Timbercreek Acquires Assets in Toronto, Ontario

June 2010 TORONTO, ON– Timbercreek Asset Management (“TAMI”) is pleased to announce that on behalfof the Timbercreek Opportunity Fund #2 (“The Fund”), it has completed theacquisition of 600 Kingston Road, Toronto, Ontario (“The Acquisition”). Thebuilding is comprised of 68 suites for a total consideration of $6.9 million.The acquisition of 600 Kingston Road brings the total portfolio ofmulti-residential real estate managed by TAMI to approximately 9000 units.

The Timbercreek Opportunity Fund #2 is a limited partnershipfocused on creating value from distressed multi-residential assets inCanada. As the Fund’s General Partner, TAMI is mandated to source assets, thevalues which have been impaired by prior mismanagement, economic dislocationand other market inefficiencies and subsequently, through its active managementapproach, reposition and enhance these assets in order to maximize IRRs and thereturn of partner capital.
