June 05, 2010 MONTREAL,QC– Timbercreek Asset Management (“TAMI”) is pleased to announce that onbehalf of one of itsinstitutional accounts, it has completed the acquisition ofMosaique in Montreal, Quebec (“The Acquisition”). The building is well locatedat 345 de la Gauchetiere and is comprised of 152 suites for a totalconsideration of $32.3 million. The acquisition of Mosaique brings the totalportfolio of multi-residential real estate managed by TAMI to approximately9000 units.
As the Fund’s General Partner, TRESCORE takes the role as aninstitutionally funded portfolio of stabilized, multi-residential assetsfocused on creating value through careful asset selection and activemanagement.
