December 16, 2009. LONDON,ONT. – Timbercreek Asset Managment Inc. (“Timbercreek”) is pleased to announce that, on behalf of one of its institutional accounts, ithas completed the acquisition of a multi-residential asset in London, Ontario consisting of 46 units for a total consideration of $3.1 million (the “Acquisition”). The Acquisition brings the total portfolio of multi-residential real estate managed by Timbercreek Asset Management Inc (“TAMI”) to approximately 8,300 units with approximately 2,200 units located in London,Ontario.
