Investment Objective      Provide an opportunity for a direct real estate investment with capital preservation, an attractive   7% yield and potential for capital appreciation
Strategy Invest directly in a diversified portfolio of prime real estate asset securities including common equity, preferred shares and debt of both private and public real estate investment trusts and real estate companies around the world
Cash Distributions Quarterly distributions initially targeted at $0.21 per Unit (7% per unit based on $12.00 issue Price), plus potential for capital appreciation
Liquidity Commencing in 2012, redeemable annually on the last business day in February at a price equal to the NAV per unit
Eligibility RRSPs, RRIFs, DPSPs, RDSPs, RESPs, TFSAs
Management Fee - 0% of Net Asset Value per annum in years in which the Total Return is negative;
- 1.25% of Net Asset Value per annum in years in which the Total Return is between 0% and 7.99%;
- 1.5% of Net Asset Value per annum in years in which the Total Return is between 8% and 11.99% and;
- 1.8% of Net Asset Value per annum in years in which the Total Return is in excess of 12%
Service Fee 0.40% service fee per annum
