Timbercreek Asset Management Ltd. will provide fund management and portfolio advisory services to the fund. They are an investment management company that employs a conservative and risk-averse approach to real estate-based investments. The Manager and its affiliates currently manage about $2.2 billion in real estate-related assets, including direct ownership and mortgages. The Manager will act as trustee, manager and portfolio advisor of the Fund and will provide, or will arrange to provide, all administrative services required by the Fund.
