Investment Objective                         Capital preservation, stable cash flow - Targets aggregate annual yield: 350 basis points  above the 2-year Government of Canada bond yield
Strategy Invest in a diversified portfolio of first mortgages that are secured by primarily residential real estate as well as office, retail and industrial properties, primarily located in large urban markets and their surrounding areas.
Cash Distribution  Paid Monthly.  (Primarily taxed as interest income)
Liquidity  Redeemable Monthly or Annually
Eligibility RRSPs, RRIFs, DPSPs, RDSPs, RESPs, TFSAs 
Management Fee 1% per annum of the net assets of the Fund
