Timbercreek Senior Mortgage Investment Corporation intends to provide investors with the opportunity to capitalize on an under serviced segment of the Canadian real-estate market: Customized First Mortgages to experienced real estate investors.

The investment objectives of the Fund are, to preserve capital, to acquire and maintain a diversified portfolio of Customized First Mortgages that generates attractive, stable returns in order to permit the Fund to pay monthly distributions to its shareholders.

The Fund targets an aggregate annualized yield (net of all fees and expenses of the Fund) equal to the two-year Government of Canada bond yield plus 350 basis points.
