The Directors, Officers and Principals of Timbercreek and its funds have deep experience, established reputations and extensive contacts in the commercial real estate and mortgage lending community, as well as in the capital markets and asset management sectors in Canada.

Corporate

R. Blair Tamblyn, Chief Executive Officer

Blair Tamblyn is a founding partner, CEO and President of Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. Mr. Tamblyn is also President of Timbercreek REIT and Chairman of the Board for the Timbercreek Mortgage Investment Corp. Blair has over 14 years of experience working with the public and private capital markets and has led the origination, structuring, capitalization and execution of five distinct Timbercreek Funds that currently manage approximately C$1billion in assets. Prior to founding Timbercreek in 1999, Mr. Tamblyn worked with Connor, Clark & Company where he was licensed as a Securities Trader. Mr. Tamblyn is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and has completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst Examination, and is a graduate of the Rotman School of Business Director Education Program.

Ugo Bizzarri, CFA, Chief Financial Officer

Ugo Bizzarri is a founding partner of Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. and holds the title of CFO and Vice-President, Acquisitions. Mr. Bizzarri is also a Trustee for Timbercreek REIT, and a Credit Committee member for the Timbercreek Mortgage Investment Fund. Since the inception of the Timbercreek real estate Funds in 2000, Mr. Bizzarri has directed the acquisitions of greater than $600 million worth of Multi-Residential real estate for these Funds comprising of over 6000 units across 8 cities. Mr. Bizzarri is responsible for broker negotiations, underwriting, and structuring the financing for all Timbercreek Multi-Residential acquisitions. Prior to founding Timbercreek, Mr. Bizzarri was in Portfolio Management at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (“OTPPB”) where he played a leadership role in the strategic planning, corporate transactions / restructuring and property acquisitions for the Real Estate Group of OTPPB. Mr. Bizzarri has been involved as a Negotiator and Manager in approximately $20 billion worth of real estate transactions in the last ten years. Mr. Bizzarri is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Andrew Jones , Chief Credit Officer

Andrew Jones is VP, Corporate Financing and Debt Origination of Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. Mr. Jones’ primary responsibilities include managing the Timbercreek Mortgage Investment Fund as well as originating and structuring debt and warehouse facilities for the Timbercreek Real Estate Funds. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Mr. Jones co-founded Canadian Mortgage Strategies & Investments (“CMSI”) a commercial mortgage brokerage firm with offices in Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton and Vancouver, that places approximately $800 million in mortgage capital annually. Mr. Jones also opened and managed the Toronto office of Canada ICI Commercial Mortgages before the company was sold to MCAP Inc. and held the positions of Vice-President, Finance at Residential Equities REIT and Vice-President Finance - Dundee Realty Corporation. Mr. Jones is also a Trustee of Timbercreek REIT and a Member of the Credit Committee for the Timbercreek Mortgage Investment Fund. Andrew is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and has worked in the commercial real estate and mortgage business for over 15 years.

Jeff Hutchison, CFA , Chief Operating Officer / Vice President, Asset Management

Jeff Hutchison is the COO and Vice-President, Asset Management of Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. His primary responsibilities include developing portfolio strategies, overseeing the performance of the individual assets and directing the operations of the management division. Mr. Hutchison has extensive experience with all aspects of investment management including corporate strategy, asset management and operations, acquisitions and dispositions and financing. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Hutchison was Vice President, Corporate Development at Realstar Management Partnership (“Realstar”) where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and financing. Prior to joining Realstar, Mr Hutchison was a Portfolio Manager at OTPPB / the Cadillac Fairview Corporation where he was a senior member of the Real Estate Group and held responsibility for corporate strategy and asset management. Mr. Hutchison graduated from the Queen’s University School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

David Melo, CA, Vice President, Finance

David Melo joined the Advisor in November 2004, and is the Director of Financial Transactions. Mr. Melo’s responsibilities include overseeing the financial and taxation reporting and assisting with structuring new funds at Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. Mr. Melo also assists the acquisition team with closing on acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Melo was formerly an Audit Manager at KPMG LLP in the Financial Institutions and Real Estate Audit Practice. During his time at the firm, he had the opportunity to audit private and public real estate companies and was involved in due diligence assignments with respect to client acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Melo has a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours from McMaster University and holds the Chartered Accountant designation.

Carrie Morris, MBA, Vice President, Corporate Governance

Carrie Morris is the Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance of Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. Ms. Morris is also the acting Corporate Secretary for the Timbercreek REIT and the Timbercreek Mortgage Investment Fund. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating all capital market activities including investor communications, trade settlements, marketing, and new Fund offerings. Ms. Morris is also responsible for corporate secretariat functions, corporate governance and for ensuring compliance with securities regulatory requirements. Ms. Morris holds a Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University.

Elizabeth Tulloch , CHRP, Director, Human Resources

Elizabeth Tulloch is the Director, Human Resources for Timbercreek Asset Management. Her primary responsibilities include planning, developing and implementing Human Resources policies and practices to support Timbercreek Asset Management’s strategies and objectives. Mrs. Tulloch is also responsible for employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, compensation planning, benefits and change management initiatives. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Mrs. Tulloch worked for TD Bank Financial Group and held various Human Resources positions in Recruitment, Training, Executive Development, as a Generalist and Project Manager within Corporate Human Resources and TD Canada Trust. Mrs. Tulloch holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, Bachelor of Arts, Honours from York University, Human Resources Management Certificate, Honours from Humber College and she holds a Human Resources Designation (CHRP) through the Human Resources Professional Association of Canada.

Carrie Morris is the Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Governance of Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. Sanjay Junnarkar, Associate, Capital Markets

Sanjay Junnarkar started with Timbercreek in March 2009, and is currently working as an Associate in the Capital Markets group. His primary responsibilities include managing various capital market activities, which range from Investor Relations, Marketing, and Security Operations. Since Mr. Junnarkar has joined Timbercreek, he has assisted in raising over $100 million of capital through various Fund offerings. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Mr. Junnarkar worked for RBC Global Services/ RBC Dexia Institutional Investor Services in the security operations group. Mr. Junnarkar holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics from the University of Toronto.

Michael Tsourounis, Director, Real Estate Investments

Michael Tsourounis is Director, Real Estate for Timbercreek. His primary responsibilities include overseeing and co-ordinating the due diligence and analysis process relating to direct real estate investments. Mr. Tsourounis has worked at Timbercreek since 2007 and has been involved in the underwriting and acquisition of approximately $600 million of multi-family real estate. In addition, Mr. Tsourounis assists in financial analysis and modeling for the various Timbercreek Funds. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Mr. Tsourounis worked at GE Capital in Montreal in GE’s Financial Management Program. Mr. Tsourounis has a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and is currently working towards Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Debt Investments / Financing

Andrew Jones, Managing Director, Debt Investments / Financing

Andrew Jones is VP, Corporate Financing and Debt Origination of Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. Mr. Jones’ primary responsibilities include managing the Timbercreek Mortgage Investment Fund as well as originating and structuring debt and warehouse facilities for the Timbercreek Real Estate Funds. Paul Jones, Director, Debt Investments / Financing

Paul is the Director, Debt Investments/Financing for Timbercreek. He is responsible for overseeing loan asset management, underwriting, closing and servicing functions for loans placed by Timbercreek on behalf of the various Timbercreek Funds. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Mr. Jones worked for Fortress Investment Group’s Special Loan Opportunities Fund in Toronto sourcing, structuring and underwriting opportunistic debt and equity real estate investments across Canada. Mr. Jones also worked with General Electric Capital’s Real Estate Group (“GE”) where he served as an Underwriter, Associate Director and Director for GE’s structured finance and CMBS lending programs and was directly involved in either underwriting, structuring or originating over $3 billion mortgage loans. Prior to working at GE, Mr. Jones worked as an analyst at Column Financial, Credit Suisse First Boston’s CMBS lending arm.

Megan Brotherson, Mortgage Administrator, Debt Investments / Financing

Megan Brotherston joined Timbercreek in August 2008 as Mortgage Administrator, Debt Investments/Financing. She is primarily responsible for administering the funding and servicing of loans placed by Timbercreek on behalf of its various Timbercreek Funds and assists with the analysis of potential financing arrangements pursued by these funds. Prior to joining Timbercreek Ms. Brotherston worked as an Analyst for TD’s Multi-Unit Residential Mortgage Department and previous to this as both an Analyst and Loan Administrator for Column Canada Financial, the commercial real estate conduit lending arm of Credit Suisse. Ms Brotherston has been working in commercial real estate and mortgage financing business for over 7 years

Kristen Joe, Mortgage Analyst, Debt Investment / Financing

Kristen Joe is the Mortgage Analyst for Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. Her primary responsibilities include real estate underwriting, loan asset management, and research for loans placed by Timbercreek on behalf of the various Timbercreek Funds. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Ms. Joe worked for DTZ Barnicke Limited as an Analyst, where she performed numerous valuations on commercial real estate and created various marketing and research materials. Ms. Joe has a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and is a Level II candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Real Estate Management

Jeff Hutchison, CFA, Managing Director, Real Estate Operations / Development

Jeff Hutchison is the COO and Vice-President, Asset Management of Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. Michael Hanak, Vice President, Operations

Michael Hanak is the Vice President, Operations at Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. His primary responsibility is to oversee the day to day operations of the portfolio including maximizing revenue potential, occupancy management, customer service and maintenance. Mr. Hanak has spent 18 years in multi unit residential property operations. Prior to joining Timbercreek Asset Management, Mr. Hanak was the Vice President of Residential Real Estate for Transglobe Property Management, where he oversaw rapid growth from 10,000 suites to 24,000 suites in less than 2 years. Prior to joining Transglobe, Mr. Hanak held senior positions with property management companies in BC and Ontario, where he managed numerous multi unit residential properties across Canada and the United States. Mr. Hanak is a graduate of the University of Alberta.

John Sirilas, Vice President, Development

John Sirilas joined Timbercreek in 2002 as Vice President, Operations. In this capacity he was responsible for the day to day operation of all assets and oversaw growth of the portfolio from less than 1000 to over 5000 suites. In 2007 Mr. Sirilas was appointed Vice President, Development where he is currently managing the capital planning department including the planning, budgeting and management of major capital improvement and value-add projects portfolio wide. In this role, Mr. Sirilas also supports the due diligence process for all acquisitions and dispositions of Real Estate assets. His involvement includes managing the physical, environmental, operational and capital analysis to ensure that all potential transactions fit within the investment parameters of the Timbercreek real estate Funds. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Mr. Sirilas was a Regional Prosecutor in the regional municipalities of York and Peel from 1997 – 2002.

Joe Crupi, Capital Manager, Operations

Joe Crupi joined Timbercreek in 2009 as the National Capital Manager, Operations. In this capacity his primary responsibilities include capital planning and budgeting of the REIT Fund, consisting of approximately 5100 suites. In addition, he is also responsible for other Timbercreek real estate investments, in which he recently acquired an additional 822 suites. In both roles, he ensures that the capital projects are delivered on time and within budget. Mr. Crupi also assists in the day to day operation of all assets within the growth of the portfolio where he supports the due diligence process for all acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets. Prior to joining Timbercreek Asset Management, Mr. Crupi was the National Capital Improvement Manager of Multi- Residential Real Estate, where he oversaw rapid growth from 10,000 suites to 31,000 suites within 3 years. Mr. Crupi also served as Operations Manager at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport, where his primary role was to oversee and execute on all civil work and contracts within the operation. Joe Crupi is a graduate of Humber College with a Business Administration diploma and has worked 15 years in multi-unit residential property operations.

Paul Popovici, Analyst, Real Estate Operations / Development

Paul Popovici joined Timbercreek in September 2009 and is currently working as an Analyst, Real Estate Management. His primary responsibilities include assessing and developing various portfolio strategies, evaluating and improving investment performance and analyzing capital investment initiatives. Previously, Paul was a Senior Analyst in Scotiabank’s Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for asset management and investment analysis. Paul graduated from York University’s Schulich School of Business, and is currently pursuing Level 2 of the CFA designation.
