Joe Crupi, Capital Manager, Operations
Joe Crupi joined Timbercreek in 2009 as the National Capital Manager, Operations. In this capacity his primary responsibilities include capital planning and budgeting of the REIT Fund, consisting of approximately 5100 suites. In addition, he is also responsible for other Timbercreek real estate investments, in which he recently acquired an additional 822 suites. In both roles, he ensures that the capital projects are delivered on time and within budget. Mr. Crupi also assists in the day to day operation of all assets within the growth of the portfolio where he supports the due diligence process for all acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.
Prior to joining Timbercreek Asset Management, Mr. Crupi was the National Capital Improvement Manager of Multi- Residential Real Estate, where he oversaw rapid growth from 10,000 suites to 31,000 suites within 3 years. Mr. Crupi also served as Operations Manager at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport, where his primary role was to oversee and execute on all civil work and contracts within the operation. Joe Crupi is a graduate of Humber College with a Business Administration diploma and has worked 15 years in multi-unit residential property operations.
