Community Involvement

Timbercreek Asset Management continues to selflessly participate in the community and is a proud sponsor of the following charitable initiatives:

Project Sunshine is a non-profit organization that provides free educational, recreational, and social programs to children and families living with medical challenges.

Since 2006, Timbercreek has been a proud sponsor of theSunshine Gala and Project Sunshine’s continued efforts to brighten the lives of children and families around the world.

Room to Read believes that World Change Starts with Educated Children. We envision a world in which all children can pursue a quality education that enables them to reach their full potential and contribute to their community and the world.

True Patriot Love is a national foundation that supports and honours members of the Canadian military and their families.

It was founded by a group of citizens dedicated to building bridges between Canadian civilians and their military, in order better understand and appreciate the sacrifices of soldiers and their families. In celebrating the patriotism of our military families, our foundation also strives to inspire Canadians to serve their country, whether it’s in or out of uniform.

The Ronald McDonald House provides a "home away from home" for seriously ill children and their families to heal better together.

Timbercreek has participated in the unique Home for Dinner Program, where they provided the Ronald McDonald House with the necessities to provide home cooked meals to the 28 families under the RMH roof.

Trails is a programme that take inner city kids starting at age 12 who over a 4 year span learn the skills, knowledge and confidence to become contributing members of their communities, not burdens for the system to manage.

Located 30 minutes from Toronto, the Trails’ site has exclusive access to 142 acres of forest and lakes. The Trails lakeside site provides our participants with a residential setting, for adventure based activities suchas: ropes course, canoeing, hiking, snow shoeing, skiing, and ice skating.
